Application Security

Every page rendered through this online application and all information you send is encrypted using Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Your browser may not show the typical "key" or "lock" icon in the toolbar which indicates a secured page because the online application may be displayed within a framed page on the institution’s Web site. If this is the case, you can verify the security by viewing the properties of the online application page. To do this in Internet Explorer, right-click on the page and select Properties from the pop-up menu. In Netscape Navigator, select View Frame info from the View menu. Notice that the page is rendered using "https//" indicating a secured server.

Application Privacy

We understand that applying to school requires you to divulge a lot of personal information. We know that you provide the information in your Application for the sole purpose of being admitted by the institution, and we treat this information as sacrosanct. All of the registration information is kept confidential and is disclosed to the appropriate participating CLC centre after you submit your registration form. Please note that we have no control over the information in your Registration once you submit it to CLC.

None of the information you provide will be sold to third parties for for marketing purposes. We may also use cookies to allow you to move more easily between your Registration and the Web.

Your in-progress application account will be kept active for 1 year following your last date of access. After this period of time, your Student Id No will remain valid, but your registration data will be removed or archived.
